Well wishes for The New Year
"May peace break into your house and may thieves come to steal all your debts. May the pockets of your jeans become magnets to $100 bills. May love stick to your face like Vaseline and may laughter assault your lips. May your clothes smell of success and may happiness slap you across your face. May the problems you had forget your address. May 2010 be the best year of your life!" Pastor Aaron Jones

Hallelujah Anyhow
"I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth" (Psalm 34:1). I know we all have bad days, but I dare you to praise God in the midst of it. I've learned that regardless of what's going on in my life, God is still worthy to be praised. So whether you're going through something, coming out of something or in the middle of it, I dare you to give the Lord a sincere HALLELUJAH anyhow. I promise you'll feel better.

Which way is up
Worry looks back. Fear looks around. Shame looks down. Doubt doesn't know which way to look. But faith looks up. Today, I encourage you to feed your faith and starve your worries, fears, shame and doubts to death. Prayer is an important part of faith. So, if you're gonna pray, don't worry. And if you're gonna worry, why are you praying?
When Joy Comes
Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. The best news is that morning does not necessarily mean the A.M., it comes when you wake up and realize that God wants to see His children healthy, happy and whole. The joy of the Lord is our strength, and every time we think about His goodness, we ought to have joy. So, today, my friend, I encourage you to have a joyous dday!

What Makes the Wise Wise
What makes the wise wise? Matthew 2: 1, 2 and 11 tells us that the wise seek the Lord, the wise worship the Lord and the wise open up their gifts. Please know that there is a difference between being wise and being smart. Today, my prayer is that we all seek to be a little wiser.

Stop Stressing
I get really concerned when I see God's children continually stressing. There's really no need to, according to Philippians 3:13 and 14. So, today I encourage my friends to adopt an attitude of "Pressing, Not Stressing." Press closer to God through prayer, through His Word and through helping others. Stress will kill you. I don't know about anybody else, but I'm trying to live. Remember, let's resolve to be pressing, not stressing.
