Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God has a plan --- a good plan, that is --- for our life. Even if you don't feel like the plan is there or if you don't think the plan is good, change your way of thinking to line up with His. He wants to see you do good and is willing to make it happen. The questions are, "Will you allow Him to do what He does?" and, "Will you do your part?"

"Your setback is a setup for a comeback" (Willie Jolley). Have you ever been disappointed because things just didn't work out like you thought they would? Don't worry; there's a reason for it all. Keep praying, keep moving and keep believing that things will come together. And guess what? They will. Don't be discouraged. There WILL be a brighter day. Believe dat!

There are many things that I am thankful for today, but the greatest of them all is the fact that God is God. Without Him, there would be nothing for any of us to be thankful for; He's the one that makes it all possible. So today, I'm especially thankful to an awesome God who loves me enough to supply my every need. Are you thankful today?

Facing impossibilities today? Did you know that the impossible is God's chance to work a miracle? So just know this: it ain't over 'til God says it's over; it ain't over until God says it's done. Do you want to receive some of the things you want for a change, rather than just the things you need? Try being obedient to God. Try spending a little more time with Him to see what His will is for your life. Psalm 37:4 says if we delight ourselves in Him, He will give us the desires of our hearts. I believe I'll try a little more delighting today. And you?

Don't major in the minors. Focus only on what's important so you can keep it moving and accomplish your goals. Make today an awesome day!

I did a little thinking the other day. I could sit around and complain about the things that are not right, but I'd feel much better if I thought about all the things that are right. So my charge to you today is to count your blessings. I promise you, the good will far outweigh the bad. Have a wonderful day!

I've had a few physical challenges this week, but I still feel an overwhelming desire to make today a great day. Every day is a day to make a difference. When you think beyond your circumstances and focus on the bigger opportunity to serve someone (God first, then mankind), life takes on so much more of a greater meaning. Have a great day!

Sometimes things aren't as bad as they seem, especially after we take them out of our hands and put them in the hands of one who can really do something about/with them. If you are facing a bad situation today, I encourage you to worry about nothing and pray about everything. Do what you can about the situation and let God handle the rest. Have a blessed day!

Someone once said that it takes more facial muscles to frown than it does to smile. I'm not sure if that's true or not. But I do know that it's much easier to smile than it is to frown. Plus, when you smile - regardless of what's going on in your life - it's a sign to God that you know within your heart that all is well or that everything will be alright. So, the lesson for today is...you guessed it! SMILE!!!

Since words are powerful, I dare you to decree that today will be a powerful, productive and peaceful day. I just did, and I promise you, I am sooooo ready for it! Enjoy your day!

This is the day that the Lord has made; let's rejoice and be glad in it! Are you rejoicing or are you still stuck on the disappointments of days gone by? Trust me - I know people will disappoint you and even bring tears to your eyes; especially those who are close to you or those who you thought were your friends. But I challenge you today to put your trust in the One who will NEVER change. Now go 'head and make it a great day!

The will of God will never take you where the grace of God will not protect you. Accept what God allows today and know that ALL things work together for the good of them that love God and are called according to His purpose...even if you don't understand it.

Want wisdom? Try fearing the Lord. So many times we wonder what the world is coming to. I'm not sure what it's coming to, but I do know what it's strayed away from. Many of us don't fear anything; not even God. Let's try not to make that our testimony.
